I purchases 2 Sirius XM gift cards off of Bestbuy.com.  the package came UPS yesterday and inside we're 2 Playstation gift cards?  The receipt says Sirius but yet that is not what was shipped.  Can I exchange these at my local store or do I have to do it online?

I took it to my local store and they said they couldn't return it in store because the receipt was right just the item was wrong so I needed to ship it back to BestBuy.com. I mailed it back on Tuesday so they should be receiving it soon. Hopefully they will send me the correct item or at least refund my Best Buy gift cards.

I’m sorry to hear that things didn’t go well at the store. That doesn’t quite sound right that they couldn’t return that in store for you, at least.

I’m glad that you are already on top of sending those back via mail. Most likely it will not be reshipped. The purchase will be refunded to the card used for purchase, in your case, the gift cards you mentioned.

I don't have the gift cards anymore because I threw them away after I used them. Can I get replacement gift cards?

Uh oh! The funds would most likely go to the original gift cards. Not to fear! Once the refund is processed I will be able cancel and reissue those cards to you.
