I purchases 2 Sirius XM gift cards off of Bestbuy.com. the package came UPS yesterday and inside we're 2 Playstation gift cards? The receipt says Sirius but yet that is not what was shipped. Can I exchange these at my local store or do I have to do it online?

Oh no! I can’t imagine how disappointing it was to open your package to find that you had the wrong products. That never makes for a good buying experience. I apologize for this shipping mix up and any inconvenience it may have caused you.
I see that you were in touch with someone already via our phone support and have provided you the answer. You should certainly be able to exchange the cards in the store without an issue or return them for a refund.

I’m sorry to hear that things didn’t go well at the store. That doesn’t quite sound right that they couldn’t return that in store for you, at least.
I’m glad that you are already on top of sending those back via mail. Most likely it will not be reshipped. The purchase will be refunded to the card used for purchase, in your case, the gift cards you mentioned.
I sincerely apologize this did not go as expected.

Uh oh! The funds would most likely go to the original gift cards. Not to fear! Once the refund is processed I will be able cancel and reissue those cards to you.
