Wrong e-mail

My sister and I, created a new account for her, but I put the wrong e-mail and we forgot her password. But we need to login that account because we need the receipt of the camera that we bought. What can we do now? The e-mail that we created the account was {removed per forum guidelines} but that e-mail doesn't exist. The correct e-mail is {removed per forum guidelines}.

Please help us.

I was able to locate the account that you had made on BestBuy.com with the incorrect email address.  Everything should be corrected now and if not, please let me know and I can look into it further.
