I recently received my order of a home theatre system that was supposed to include an Ipod docking station. The Ipod docking station was not in the package and I have yet to receive it. We already paid for the product and have called customer service numerous times. Each time I call they say that we will be contacted within 3-5 days. After 3-5 days we called again. Again I was told to wait. After this happened for 2 weeks I have still yet to talk to anyone or receive what I ordered. Again after I called today they updated my case number and said to wait another how many days. I highly doubt that I will get anywhere talking with customer service considering they told me that a supervisor would contact me and tell me what would happen. I know that we will never do business with here again.
