Worst Best Buy Customer Support!

It's been weeks since i placed an order  of CAR 2 bluray online and still cannot make it right... 

 

On Feb 06, Bestbuy had weekly promo of if you buy 2 blurays you get $15 dollars. I placed an order online and purchased Lion King Bluray 2-disc and Cars 2 3-D Bluray... I got the LioN King but BestBuy Cars 2 3-D screwed it up big time... 

 

When I placed an order for in-store pick-up. It says it's available! After a couple of hours. It became back ordered. I called Bestbuy back to ship it instead, which they did, but after checking my bestbuy account, I just found out that they didn't add my apartment number. I called them back again to add my apartment number, which they did it again but with a NOW a charge SHIPPING FEE!!! I called back again to complain about the shipping fee, which before they offered it FREE and was not informed that I will get charged a shipping fee when they modified my order for their mistake for not adding my apartment number... After weeks of waiting. I just received an e-mail that it was shipped! Yahoooooo!!!! My nephews was so happy that he can watch it in a couple of days... FINALLY!!! BEST BUY DID IT!!!! WRONG!!!!!!

 

As time go by... my order description also changing from CARS 2 3-D BLURAY to regular CARS 2 BLURAY to CARS 2 SPANISH BLURAY.... WOW! SERIOUSLY?????! As much as, i love to learn spanish, this is not the right place to start with!!! It's so ridiculous!!! When i placed an order it clearly says CARS 2 3-D BLURAY AND NOT CARS-2 SPANISH BLURAY. WHAT A NIGHTMARE ORDERING AT BESTBUY! MOST Customer Service are so helpless... I hope by going in here, I can escalate this to a manager to fix this nightmare!! If I only knew this is gonna happen. I wouldn't order this @ bestbuy. I should have order it @ amazon.com. WORST BESTBUY.COM ORDER EVER!!!! 

 

If you look at this photos, it clearly says I ORDERED CARS 2 3-D BLURAY NOT CARS 2 SPANISH BLURAY but when they shipped my order, they changed it to CARS 2 SPANISH BLURAY! 

 

 

 

 

BUT, WHEN THEY SHIPPED IT THEY CHANGED IT CARS-2 SPANISH BLURAY!!!

Thank you for reaching out to us about the order you placed for the two Blu-rays and ran across some issues trying to get the Cars 2 Blu-ray.  I am so sorry that you ended up receiving a Spanish version of the Blu-ray when it was supposed to be the English copy.

 

I did take a look into the order and it looks like the products must have gotten mixed up when the address was corrected.  We should certainly be verifying the information that goes into an order to make sure it’s correct.  I will be sending a private message to provide more details about your order.  To check your messages, you must be logged into the forum and click on the envelope icon in the top right corner.
