Unfortunately, I'm getting the same blank page in "Email Us":

Whenever I click "Submit" the page doesn't submit successfully, leaving me a blank page. I've been trying this for some days now. Thus I resorted to posting my question on this forum.

I hope BestBuy does reply my question with haste and I receive a positive answer.

Ah, finally sent a successful email.

It seems that the "Email Us" is not compatible with Google Chrome (and maybe other browsers).

Internet explorer seems to work at least.

Hopefully people with the same problem will know this and have success.
