Hey, guess what. I DO NOT WANT TO CONTACT CORPORATE. I wan't to contact customer support. Corporate ≠ customer support; shocking I know. Here's what you see when you click on customer service. DO YOU SEE AN EMAIL LINK? ONE TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT? NO.
When I go to the link that Walrus linked, this is what I see. "Need assistance? Customer Care is here to help." which tells me that the email is going to Customer Care, which while that may not mean customer support to you, but it does seem fairly obvious that Customer Care = Customer Support.
Zyber17 wrote:Do you know why I didn't google for customer support link? BECAUSE I FREAKING SHOULDN'T HAVE TO. Any website that was even decently designed would have a rock obvious solution to email customer support. Somehow a horribly implemented forum that doesn't help you at all under corporate contact DOESN'T SOLVE ANYTHING.
If I want to find something out, I go and LOOK for it, I don't just lazily sit down and expect everything to be handed to me on a silver platter.
Besides, the email WAS obvious, but if you refuse to see what is sitting there right in front of your eyes, there's nothing else that can be done to convince you that the email to customer care is the same as emailing customer service/support. And if I tried to email through that link and it didn't work, first thing I'd do is try again, and then try a different browser. Sometimes you have to get creative to get technology to work because sometimes technology can be finicky. That's life, and we have to deal with it.

Walrus,
First off, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to find me on twitter and real my latest Tweets; good to know I made an impression.
Second, I wasn't referring to the misunderstanding there was due to the fact the quoting system is horrible. I was referring to the first replies I got which were a lmgtfy link and someone who got on their high horse to point out a wording error. I was not referring to the post that caused me to go into that "I want customer support not corporate" rage. My apologies.
Third and last, I mentioned that on Twitter because I had enough of Trusted/Recognized/Ect contributors being all like "Well you just didn't click this totally obscure link. Herp derp. Let me google that for you, n00b.," while regular people were all like "That link is really hard to find and doesn't work well…" I just wanted to register my complaint that I did not appreciate most of the "support" I received All that someone needed to go was post "Here you go. Just select the customer support option in the dropdown. If you ever need to find it again, it's the Contact Us link under the Corporate heading in the site footer." I would have appreciated that reply and we wouldn't be here now.

You know what you're right, except a multi-million dollar corporation that wants me to spend my money on them should make it as easy as possible to get in touch with them about whatever problems I should have.
Also, who in their right mind is going to look under corporate for customer care/support/whatever-linguistic-techinicality-you

Would a real BestBuy employee like to chime in?

I just realized you(Walrus) are the same one that replied in my thread. You must either work for the company or are the ultimate best buy appologist.
