I just finished a survey with your firm confirmit.com that offered me a chance to win a $500 gift card. The email I received was from bestbuy.com but the link took me to your marketing company that is offering chances at a $500 gift card. The drawings for these cards ended at the end of Febuary but I'm receiving them now. I've posted the email below.
I took the survey and it offered me the chance to register at the end of it. But the date range for all the drawings are expired. WTH Best Buy? The entry into the drawing was compensation for my time to take your annoyingly long, boring, redundant survey that ultimately had nothing to do with my recent purchases at best buy, but with your cell phone promotions. Please explain.

Unfortunately, it does appear that you're outside of the promotional period. I'm sending an email over to our promotions team to see if there will be future drawing dates. I'll let you know when I receive a response.

I'm sorry Blake, but I'm not a moron. I know I'm out of the promotional period. I want to know WHY I was sent a possibly fraudulent email from Best Buy advertising a promotion that had already expired.

I didn’t mean to offend you in anyway. If I did, I truly apologize. You shouldn’t have received a promotional email after its ended and we’re at fault for sending it. I want to reach out to our Promotions team to see if there will be future drawings so that you can be added.
I’ll send you a response when I receive more information.
