i, like countless other best buy patrons have been having the same problem with my order. ordered it sat 11/26 processed until 12/2 when i got an email that said it shipped.... but ups hasnt recieved it yet? so its been two business days since then with no update, no luck with emails. my boyfriend (whos name the item is being shipped to) got a hold of someone but they told him that they couldnt tell him anything. so i decided to go my local store. i immideately ask for a manager, who, really made me feel much better just because she was a real person not a heartless auto reply email or a robot.. i eplained her the situation, she said we'll call if they shipped it out we cant cancel but if its at the warehouse we can cancel it. (its obviously still at the warehouse ups dosent have it) she calls the black hole of best buy online and is told we cant cancel it but when i asked if it got shipped she said " i dont know, hopefully" then gave me the option to BUY ANOTHER ONE and have my boyfriend pick it up where he lives. then whenever i do happen to get the one in the mail, i can return it for a refund. HAHAHA... (i hope that manager finds a new job because she dosent need to be working for these corporate scum bags. she was great) so now i wait, and i will have to have someone mail the package from california to my boyfriend who will be visiting 2,500 miles away by the time the package gets there. thanks best buy. way to ruin it!

Thanks so much for posting on the forums about the issue you had with your order and it not arriving at your boyfriend’s house, when it was shipped. I know that I would be frustrated if I had ordered it a few weeks ago and it still hadn’t arrived.
I was able to locate the order using the email address that you registered on the forums with and it looks like since posting, it was shipped and delivered. I am very sorry for this inconvenience since I know you had some issues when you tried to get it resolved previously before talking with the manager in the store.
