Where's my order?

I placed an order on 1/1/2012 and it was shipped from Ohio on 1/2/2012. The tracking info indicated that the item arrived at the Macon,GA Post Office on 1/5/2012. This is not my P.O. but is only 20 miles from my home. Anyway, the item remained at the Macon P.O. for 9 days!! The next entry in the tracking is the item is now at the Atlanta P.O. since 1/14/2012. It appears the item is now going in reverse. Can someone please put a trace on my order? I emailed BestBuy and never got an answer. I emailed USPS and never got an answer. Please help!!

I received my order today. It was delivered in a clear plastic bag from the Post Office with an explanation that it had been damaged in the mail, and even though they are sorry, it is not their responsibility. The Best Buy shipping envelope had been ripped open and looked liked it had been run over. The DVD packaging was opened as well and the DVD was missing. Will Best Buy replace the DVD?Damaged product

I'm disappointed to see how the package arrived in such a terrible condition. Needless to say, that shouldn't happen.
