I ordered a Samung Galaxy Tab on Nov. 27th at Bestbuy.com since I could not purchase one in a local store.
I received a confirmation mail with estimated arrival date 12/03/10-12/09/10. So I checked the order status two or three times a day but it still says "In process". I called the customer service four times with wating 20~30 minutes every time and I was told this Monday "the carrier has been changed, your item will be shipped soon and will be arrived before 12/09/10".
Today is 12/09/10 and it is still in process.
Please tell me When I can get my item?
I am a royal customer (Premier Silver member) of Bestbuy and I used to like Bestbuy's marketing and customer service, but I am totally disappointed by Bestbuy service. I just want to know when I can get my tablet PC.

12/1: Called Customer Service - "Your item will be shipped within 24 hours."
12/4: Called Customer Service - "Your item is picked by a carrier. Your item will be shipped within 24 hours."
12/6: Called Customer Service - "The carrier has been changed from USPS to UPS. Your item should be delivered by the estimated delivery date."
12/9: The item was not delivered. The Online Order Status: In Process.

I am currently looking into the status of your order; I currently have verified that it’s with UPS since 12/06/10 with the status of Billing Information Received.

I understand that this was not a very pleasant experience with Best Buy®. For some odd reason your order was not able to get modified to get a delivery processed. As of the 18th of December, Best Buy® has processed a refund.

You guys said "The Bestbuy will reship my item on Dec. 18th", but you never did!!.
