Was supposed to pick this up 12/9/11 at store. No one at store seems to know anything about it. Can't track it, can't find it, don't know if it was shipped, and last..... "call back in a few days".
Initial online buy confirmation email gives a telephone number to call for order status..... call 888 number and get "We have no way of obtaining/providing information for online purchases that are to be picked up at a store".
Store: "Sorry, we don't have it.. not sure where it is. Call back in a few days".
Look, I also ordered some other equipment I am going to install in this computer and that has all arrived!! And this stuff was ordered after the computer and also from Best Buy. But, no computer!!! My wife and I are not very happy right now. This was a joint birthday gift - December 4 and December 11. We figured a pick up date of 12/9 was just fine. We are extremely disappointed. All we want is the cotton picking computer we ordered. Why is that so hard to understand?
Can somone pierce the Black Hole to find out where it is?

No need to respond on this. Cancellation of order went through successfully and purchase was made of a different computer at a store.
