I ordered a phone earlier this morning, and paid for express shipping, with an estimated arrival date between tomorrow, 2/23 and Friday, 2/24. However, after doing some research, (which I now realize I probably should have done before placing  my order), I've noticed alot of complaints about slow shipping and tracking issues. I've read that the  "Order in process of being fulfilled; Usually ships in 0 - 1 days" message is never updated. 

So basically what I'd like to know, is when will my item realistically be shipped and received? The only reason I chose to pay extra for Express is because I'm very impatient, lol. I was just curious if Express really is Express.

Also, is my UPS tracking number the same as my Best Buy tracking number, {removed per forum guidelines}?

Nobody has any express shipping experiences they'd care to share? Or any mods available to help?

Sunday 2/19 said deliver by 2/21-2/23 with express shipping.  Website still says "Order Status: 1 item(s) - order at warehouse in process of shipping."

On 3rd BUSINESS say of "processing"  but they took the payment lighting fast.   First time ordering for Best Buy.com.. probably gonna be my last time. Fed up with customer service in store, now online isn't that greatest so far.  Whats the point in paying for "faster" shipping if the process time is 3x more than the website says.... get your act together bestbuy.  I was assuming that I paid for faster shipping.. you get it faster... gee I was wrong....They just add more processing time. or the tracking system is screwed up, one of the two.  I would just like to know when my product will arrive..

Thanks for your response. Sorry you haven't had a good experience. My biggest worry (and this is probably just me being overly-excited for my new phone and very impatient) is that I won't receive it by Friday and will have to wait until Monday. Call me crazy, but I paid extra for the fastest shipping possible, and I expect to receive my order by the arrival date provided, which is either tomorrow or the next day. However, I'm still getting the message "Order is being fulfilled"

Why am I still receiving the message "Order in process of being fulfilled; Usually ships in 0 - 1 days"?? I haven't received an email confirmation of shipping yet...If the phone is to arrive today or tomorrow, I would hope it has already shipped.

I would also like to know if it's being shipped via USPS or UPS, and be provided with a tracking number..

Ok, I've done some research and found out Express orders are shipped via UPS. Which means if my order isn't received by tomorrow then I likely won't get it until Monday, at which point I will ask for my shipping to be refunded. I really hope the website is just slow to update and that my phone has already been shipped. If not, I'd be highly disappointed.
