What's going on with my order?

On the 04/06/2012 I'have order a notebook, a PS3 game and a PSN card. 5 days later I still didn't get the PSN code emailed and my stuff hasn't shipped. I need my order to arrive in the promised time. Please let me know what's going on, if not I would have to cancel my order because I have a birthday present to send and can't wait. Thanks.

Ryan thank you for your reply, but I wasn't contacted by anyone. My order number is BBY01-449629105274. Can anyone tell me if you are going to deliver it to Hawaii before the 21st or if I have to cancel my order? Thank you. Leo

I got an email saying that "One or more of the payment methods used for your order has failed to process. We need to hear from you before we are able to process your order any further. " And asking me to call you but I am not in the USA right now, is there a way we can do this by email or this forum? thank you!

Thanks so much for reaching out to us and I am sorry that you haven’t been able to find out what is going on with your order recently.  I know I’d be concerned as well, given the time frame is a little pressing. 

 

I was able to locate the order by using the email address you registered on our forums and I can go over some information with you regarding your order.  I will be sending you a private message to provide details.  To check your messages, you must be logged into the forums and click on the yellow envelope icon in the top right corner.
