This is my first time ordering a laptop throught Bestbuy.com According to Best buy's shipping time it takes approximately 1 whole business day to complete the processing time and then ship to customer. Today is the 4th day and my order status still says PROCESSING... Did I read something wrong? I just wanted to know if anyone has ever had to wait this long for an order to process? someone please give your opinon and help me?

Just hope you don't get burned by BB llike I did. Called, confirmed inventory and ordered for 2nd time on phone. Went backordered next day and got email i'd get it in 1 to 2 weeks. After waiting for a few weeks, I asked on the boards for someone to look into it. Well guess what. Canceled my order said item no longer available. Yeah right. they stopped making them.. dont think so. Be warey of bait & switch if they tell you it's out of stock and offer you something else. They tried w/ me and since I wouldn't take it, they canceled my $400 laptop cause tthey cant deliver them for that price.
