Hello Customer service. I have been calling the 800 number to cancel my antivirus membership for over a week. I only get transfered and no one picks up. I've had hold times of at least 30 mins each time I call with no response. They do not give an email address or online form to fill out which would make it a lot easier to cancel.
Update - I was able to get through this morning and cancel my virus subscription. Although It already billed (today) they cancelled and issued a refund.
