Hey, I am having some problems with an order I placed on september 10th for the Logitech G930 headset with my Premier Silver Rewards Card; it has been in backorder for almost a month now! On top of this about 1 and a half weeks ago I was browsing bestbuy.com's headsets in case a better one was in stock and I noticed that the G930's were on sale and had their price go down from 159.99 to 119.99, I immediately contacted best buy and the service representative told me that the price change would automatically be applied to my order, so I thanked him and hung up. 2 days after that, the price on my order had not gone down and my headset was still "in process of being fufiled", Getting a little annoyed I called the customer service department again, who then told me I would get a Case number for this, which I wrote down, and that someone would call me within 3-5 days. The fifth day was last Friday.... No one has called and I still have no idea when my order is going to gets its price reduced or even shipped! I would really apprechiate it if anyone could help me with this, its become extremely annoying...

Sorry for all the troubles you are having with your Bestbuy.com order. I can understand how the pricing and availability issue on that Logitech headset would be a huge inconvenience for you. I want to see if I can gather some details from you and try to figure this out.
Any price change cannot be made until the item is shipped, so that is why you haven’t seen that change yet. I am going to send you a private message to get some information from you.
