WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! STORE #299 Raleigh, NC

I have been a long time and loyal customer of Best Buy for over 20 years and I have to say in all my time I have never received such horrible customer service from any store in my entire life. I ordered several hundred dollars worth of toys and games for my family to pick up at this location. I live a few hours from Raleigh so I was told this was the quickest and easiest way to send them their gifts, and man was that the opposite of the truth! This was the worst and the longest checkout of my life. I am in Charlotte and my mother is in Raleigh still trying to pick up the items at this Crabtree location and she has been there an hour. 
I was told to call the 888 number and then was proceeded to be put on hold for 20 minutes! Not only was I put on hold for 20 minutes with the online store but I had originally called the Crabtree location to see what the hold up was. The woman who answered at that location was extremely hostile and RUDE and when I asked to speak to the supervisor SHE SAID SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR! She said there was nothing she could do and was still waiting for the items to confirm they were "available and ready for pick-up", the woman from the 888 number even told her to go through with check-out but the woman from the crabtree store refused and said she was waiting until her computer registered that the items were available! However- she had ALL the items I ordered in front of her at the check-out with my mom! She said she could not release it to her until the computer registered that It was available and that it could take up to 24 hours! However when I ordered these items, I specifically ordered them to pick up at this location BECAUSE it said they were AVAILABLE for pick-up and in-stock. I made my purchase online with an in-store rep at the Charlotte location the DAY BEFORE for the specific reason that it was the little sisters birthday the next day (turning 8yrs old). The man was very nice (AT the CHARLOTTE LOCATION) and told me this was an easy, simple, and quick process. However, If I had known I would have received such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE after buying hundreds of dollars worth of product then I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED MY ITEMS FROM BEST BUY let alone this LOCATION. My mother owns her own business and was so distraught with the customer service at this Crabtree location, she said the lady with the red hair  who was claiming to be the supervisor was so rude, disrespectful, and in NO WAY made any effort to help her. 
We will never ever be purchasing anything from this location again. I will definitely NOT be recommending this store or their job on customer service to anyone unless it is to discuss how terrible it was. This store is a shame to the Best Buy name. I am so upset with everything, my mother was there an hour trying to pick up all the items and they're still refusing to give her the items EVEN though the payment is cleared and they have the items. Ridiculous!!!
