I bought Xbox 360 4 GB Kinect Bundle on 3/25/12 the deal came with free Golf game (as mentioned in best buy advertisement), when I bought it on 3/25 the game was not in stock/not released, the sales guy told me to come and get it on or after 3/27 but didn’t mentioned that I need to come before 3/31 to get the Golf game. I was out of station past 2 weeks and went today to best buy, Dublin, CA (#134) to get the Golf game but the sales guys told that he cannot give me the game since the offer is only for the week of 3/25 and I should have picked up on the same week, I spoke to store manager and he doesn’t willing to fulfill the purchase and I didn’t get a responsible answer from him. The manager name is Joe in Dublin, CA store. I am a premier sliver member customer and I was very upset of this incident. The sale guy should have told me to come before 3/31 to get the game but he didn’t. If they are not able to offer Golf game they should have given some compensation but the store manager was rude and was not willing to listen to me.
