Very Frustrated!!!!

I have an case number{removed per forum guidelines}for a refund I was suppose to receive for the items in my order. They offered a replacement for items in a bundle and charged me for the items in full because they were not a part of the bundle. This was suppose to be credited back within 24 hours I still have an outstanding 77 chargerd to me. I have called and called I keep getting hung up on. This is after the initial 45 I was on hold to get the replacement item. I received the payment back from the computer that they couldn't get  via paypal but am still waiting on the remaining money where is it???

The case was dispatched to the credit department on the 10th but there hasn't been any activity since then according to the notes on your account I just found (I work in HT scheduling w/ 1-800-GS).  I would say a Community Connector will need to assist you with this.

Nothing I post is an official statment of Best Buy or Geek Squad, it is only a helpful opinion!

I got this email. on Sunday. It is now Thursday and I have yet to see a credit to my paypal.

Your order was part of a promotional bundle and when the laptop on the order was cancelled (SKU: 9641748), the remaining items on the order went back to their original prices. Since the bundle was not broken at your request, we have refunded you for the total difference between the original prices and the bundle prices. I have applied a total allowance of $43.81 to the PayPal account that was used to place the order. The allowance will reflect on your card in about 24-72 hours.

Thank you for posting on our forum! I am sorry that it took so long to get back to you, we have had a lot of customers posting to us about their concerns. I was disappointed to see that you weren’t getting the information you needed with regards to the status of your PayPal credit.
Due to the nature of PayPal it can take a little bit longer to receive your refund than a credit or debit transaction. We do release the funds immediately upon processing your refund but there is more processing involved with a transaction through PayPal.  There is some good discussion about this on PayPal’s community forum.
To more fully discuss the matter, I have sent you a private message. To access your private messages please ensure you are logged into the forum and click the link that looks like an envelope in the upper right hand corner of the page.
