I feel very disappointed with the customer service today. They don't yell at you. They don't talk back at you. But they give you the kind of look that makes you look downright stupid. As a foreigner, I feel that I was not explained enough about BB's policy before given this kind of look. And they really don't handle the math well. After a few rounds of wrong calculation, I still ended up paying more than I am supposed to. BestBuy, I afraid, is not the best place to buy.
