I'm having trouble trying to place an order for an e-gift card,
after making a purchase, I received the following e-mail in my inbox ...
"Thank you for purchasing a Best Buy e-gift card! For cardholder security and protection, we require additional verification of credit card information on first-time purchases. To release the order and deliver your gift, please call our e-gift card Support Line at 866-308-6166 within the next 24 hours. Our hours of operation are between 8am - 11pm EST 7 days a week. For your convenience and protection, we will return the order if we do not hear from you...."
But I can't call for this number...occurs an error, and the call not complete.
We can do this procedure by email?

If that's the case, then I'd encourage you to contact CashStar customer support using one of the other methods listed on the following page:

CashStar does not have an international support hotline at this time, nor are Best Buy support reps able to assist with e-gift card inquiries.
