Dear Sarah and to everyone in the community,
I would like to give a big thank you to Sarah for all her hard work and follow up on my issue.
I am so happy to report that Sarah has gotten in contact with correct parties and via private email has assured me that my account will be credited properly.
I do understand that the holidays were overwhelming for many and I hope that that Best Buy will use this board as a tool to tweak the weak spots in customer service and improve on those.
I am happy with my purchases and am willing to give Best Buy another chance and hopefully have a better experience next time, should a problem arise.
