Unable to log into BestBuy.com

I am unable to log into bestbuy.com. I have no idea why this is happening. I cleared my history, cleared cache, reset the browser....this is wierd. I go on bestbuy.com all the time, so I am wondering if someone can help me with this. 

 

Here is the error message i am getting:

 

  • The email address and password entered are not in our records. Please check for accuracy and try again. If you are not a registered user, please create an account. If you think there is an issue with your account, please contact Customer Care at 888-BESTBUY (888-237-8289).

Thank you for reaching out to us and I am sorry to hear about the continued issues you were having trying to log into BestBuy.com.  I can imagine it would be a bit frustrating if I kept receiving the same error. 

 

Using the email address that you registered on our forums, I did reset the password on your account.  You should get an email soon and it should allow you to update the password so you can log in.  If you are still having issues getting in, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link in my signature.
