First I just want to say I have never enountered such SLOW package delivery in my life, thanks to Best Buy and UPS Mail Innovations. My order shipped Monday from Atlanta and then went to Orlando a few days later. A few days after it landed in Tampa - great! I live 20 minutes from Tampa - I should get my package the next day, right?? Nope, today my package is heading to Jacksonville - 4 hours north of me. Is this normal? I called UPS since that's where BB gave me tracking # for and they said they can't tell me why, I have to call UPS Mail Innovations. OK...I could have walked to Tampa and had my package by now. According to the tracking I"ll have it on Monday but I doubt it.
This shipping service is horrible.

It's been switching between UPS and USPS. It sits in each location for two days which is unacceptable. Now it's on it's way out my state when it was literally sitting 10 miles away. I will never order from Best Buy again if they use this ridiculous shipping method. No wonder there are so many unhappy customers posting on this board. When a company cuts corners everywhere and provides lackluster customer service, they wil go up in flames pretty quickly.

I am sure the USPS would do it better by itself. It is just stupid to contract ups to make a partial job, ups subcontracts with the USPS and also gets to wash his hands of the responsibility.
I have never had a problem with the free super shipping saving in Amazon. I am never buying anything online from bestbuy that I am not willing to spend expedited shipping on.
Just give it directly on the hands of USPS, might not be as quick but at least you know who is the one with the responsibility.

I know how frustrating it can be to know your package is so close, but has not yet been delivered. It seems like the wait is forever.
When you choose standard shipping for your delivery, the estimated delivery time is usually 4-8 shipping days. UPS chooses to use UPS Mail Innovations to handle many of their standard shipping duties and from my experience, they are usually pretty efficient. I am sorry to hear that your experience with this order has been so frustrating.
