I had a couple of problems before I finally placed the order for this laptop on Thursday, November 24th.
First, the BestBuy database said my address was invalid, and after typing it in repeatedly it finally showed the agreement,
saying that my adress was correct, even though it wasn't in the intial database. I clicked it, (putting in my street address), and went on to payment.
The rest of it was a breeze, I typed in my credit card information, it took it and the order was placed.
Meanwhile I haven't got a confirmation email or anything reguarding my order, (even though when I clicked the agreement it said it would take additional time) but still, I should atleast get some kind of email. After checking with my local bank, I learned that the money had been taken off the card, so the order apparently went through.
And then today I found a great deal on a wireless printer, and tried to order it.
I got to where you type in your shipping information, then I ran into the problem.
It said it couldn't ship, even though I typed in the same address as I did with the laptop a couple of days earlier.
Please help. I'm really worried about this order..

Have you called customer service at 1-888-BEST-BUY and tried to place an order with them on the phone for the items you wanted? There are situations at time where incorrect information entered on the page may differ then what your bank has on file for you and can cause a purchase denial for security reasons, I don't know your exact case , however.

so im guessing this means the order didn't actually place?
the card wouldn't let me check the remaining balance, so i called my local bank and they did it. sooo... i guess im going to have to call bestbuy?
