I recently purchased a computer from bestbuy.com.
It came on time, even earlier than expected, and everything seemed fine. Get it home and unwrapped, only to discover there is no power supply. I double check, just to be sure one is supposed to come with the computer and it is.
Naturally, I call customer service. Everything seems to be going ok. We establish that they will send me a replacement power supply. I verify the information and they put me on hold to "make some notes." At which point my call is promptly disconnected.
I call back, get back with a rep, verify my information, convince them to send me a power supply, and bam, disconnected.

I call back, get back with a rep... Getting old yet? To make it worse, each time I called I had to speak with a different rep, explain the situation, and argue with them that the previous rep(s) promised to send me a power supply. They can find no record of any of my calls happening, so I have to start from scratch every time. This has happened with 9 calls over 2 days. When I complained today about getting constantly disconnected, I am told you are having technical difficulties and, basically, suck it up.
At this point, I am returning my purchase and will be taking my business elsewhere. I didn't pay $1100 for a paperweight, which is what I have right now.
