The worst customer srevice EVER!!!!

I only joined the fourm to post this message. My husband and I ordered some birthday presents for our son for his birthday on the 14th of this month. We went through and changed all the address info on the website but the site did not update it! I have now been fighting with customer service for 2 days to try and get this fixed! I have spoken with a Julie, Stephanie, Lisa, Beverly and now a Bryan, all of which would not fix the issue and when I asked SEVERAL times to talk to manager I was told NO! This last person that I spoke with Bryan, told ,me that there was nothing they could do and that my only option was to drive to the wrong address and pick my items up there! I asked for my order to be cancled and was aslo told NO! So now Best Buy has my money I have no gift for my son for his birthday and I'm being told that I'm out of luck! I HATE BEST BUY!!!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THEIR ONLINE WEBSITE OR THEIR STORE AGAIN!

They are probably telling you the changes can't be made b/c the order has already shipped.  Once anything leaves our warehouse, package intercept is in the hands of UPS or USPS.  You would need to contact whoever has your package or wait for a Community Connector to help you.

Waiting for expected gifts to arrive can certainly be a trying experience, so I can imagine how anxious you must feel to receive your order.  Although I do not know why it would have been shipped to the incorrect address – or why you would have had any difficulties working with our website support staff – I apologize for any inconveniences you may have encountered.
