Cancel this order. I have had nothing but trouble with BestBuy. You all tell me one thing and then another department tells me something else. Payed for the dishwasher and for delivery and I was told that it would be installed and the old one removed. Then the delivary people called yesterday and said that I need a plumber to remove the dishwasher. I called best buy back and they said that they do remove the dishwasher. After speaking with 2 supervisors to get this straightend out they determined that I didnt have the installation package. I was on the phone for an hour at this time. I was transfered to installation and put on hold for 15min. I hung up and called back for installation and was told not only did I need to purchase an installation package but also the powercord for the dishwasher and an installation kit. I asked for the who order to be cancled and was put on hold for another 15min to which no one returned to the call.
