Wow, I am amazed how difficult it was for you to get an answer regarding the mobile installation to what should have been such a simple answer. I am very sorry to see that you had such a disappointing experience just trying to find out how to get to the installation department.
I don’t know why the store representatives could not give you a straight answer regarding if there was another way to access the mobile install bay other than going all the way around the store. It especially concerns me if one of our employees had offered to show you how to get there, only to abandon you part way, as this should not be happening.
I would like to ensure the management of the store is aware of your feedback and experience so they can address this accordingly with their team. If you could please let me know what store you had visited, it would be appreciated so I can locate the appropriate management.
