Has anyone ever heard of this shipping company?? Better yet has anyone received their product that has shipped with this company? My order shipped today with this company today and the tracking number does not work? Not sure if I should trust these people!

Hey, I'm a tech guy who works for Streamlite. We are a real company. If your package shipped from Best Buy today it's likely that we haven't received the information from them yet. It should post by tonight either when we receive the info on the package or receive the package from Best Buy and provide the first scan. Packages typically take 5 - 7 business days for delivery.

Its used in conjunction with the USPS in order to offset the load the USPS has when it comes to mail deliveries, depending on where you live, you can see your item in as little as 3 days. I had this issue with an order I placed on Best Buy's website, and I got my item quicker before the tracking number became active in the system. Call it good luck I guess.

I dont like it because something I have had shipped that way you cannot track and USPS site says it cannot be tracked using that website and streamlite was saying anything either, frustrating...

 Does it track once  it reaches the post office then or is just going to hopefully show up??

streamlite is a very poorly managed company and if possible do what you can to avoid them find another online store who doesnt use them. what they do is under bid to do bulk package pickups from a business then instead of delivering packages like they claim on their site they simply drop the packages at the local post office and let them do the leg work all streamlite gets done is add at least 3 days to shipping time and take your money one of the newest fly by night "shippers" to pop up and one of the reasons why the USPS is hurting. i do what ever i can to avoid any one who ships using them. all this is first hand knowledge and insider knowledge from both companys.

walmart uses them as well.. had something on there come from them then the post office... I dont like them and it takes longer to get my stuff when it comes through them it seems, and like I mentioned sometimes you cannot even track your packages ...

My order was shipped two weeks ago and the delivery is handled by Streamlite, the tracking number is still note working. Bestbuy is not helping either.

I know this may sound dumb, but please try adding a 1 before the number when you track on the Streamlite Website.

If your package is shipped with a delivery confirmation it is traceable in both our system and the USPS system. If it does not have delivery confirmation then we will track it until it reaches the post office. The package will then loose visibility.
