Hi,

I want to buy something with store pickup and send a friend to actually pick it up and bring it ot me (I live in Brazil). When I saw the policies written in this page here I felt it was alright because this was stated:

Please make sure that the person picking up the order is either the person named on the purchasing credit card, or the person you designated to pick up your order. 

But when I went ahead, nearly at the end of the purchase I was directed to this info page here where this was stated:

Important: Only the person who placed the order and is named on the purchasing credit card may pick it up.

So, which one is valid? Can I state another person to pick it up? Where do I do that when I'm buying?

Thanks so much for posting!

I imagine it could be confusing to see different information online.  The most accurate answer that applies to your situation can be found in the page below.

Specifically, the section regarding "Friends & Family Pickup".  This allows you to designate one person that is allowed to pick up your order.  This needs to be done during the order process so that the store knows someone else will be getting the order.  I hope that this helps and let me know if i you have any questions.

I am makin an order now. for 1 one of the items I can't change pickup option. why is this happening? for other items it can be changed.
what if only for this 1 item person to pickup will not be changed?
