Good Afternoon,
I purchased a cell phone and insurance plan from Best Buy last March and have since cancelled the phone service. However, I am still being charged for the insurance at a rate of $9.99/month. Please contact me or notify me of how I can stop these reoccurring charges from taking place each month.

Mbrguy is correct. You'll have to call 1-888-BestBuy (237-8289) to cancel a Geek Squad Black Tie Protection plan on a mobile phone. I apologize for the inconvenience.
