I ordered this morning and, after several hours (as opposed to the promised 15 minutes) decided to e-mail Customer Service with my order information and explain the situation. I received an automated response which told me I could check my order status by logging into my BestBuy account. Of course I had already done this. So I decided to 'phone BB Customer Service and, after the usual dead-ends and mis-directs, got to speak to a customer service rep who checked the e-mail address on file and then resubmitted the request to send me the code. Of course it's more than an hour later and still no code. I know that other folks have waited days to have such situations resolved but, given that this should be a relatively simple process, I thought I'd cut to the chase and post a comment on here in the hope that one of the kind BB moderators would be able to send me the code directly. I should say that my main concern is that there's no e-mail address shown after the "Email to:" part on my order when I check my order status. I don't really understand why this should be because, rather obviously, I logged into my BB account when I placed my order (which is how I was able to check the order status in the first place). I'm sure that forum rules dictate that order numbers are not supposed to be posted, but to expedite the process, I'm quoting mine here:{removed per forum guidelines}

Hi Andy,
Thank you for posting on the forums regarding not seeing your iTunes code sent to you yet. I know that I would be disappointed as well if I didn’t see the code within 15 minutes as the previous email had mentioned.
I was able to look up your order and by using the order number; I submitted a new email to be sent to you. You should hopefully see it in about 15-45 minutes, however if you do not, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link in my signature. We can look into it further if for some reason your email is not receiving it.

Sean sorted me out. Ended up having to send the code via PM. I recommend this route for folks still having trouble.
