Im new to the fourms so hello everyone. (:
Anyway, I placed an order for a bunch of computer parts to build quite the cheap gaming rig (620$'s), I had to order from
Best Buy because I got a 600 buck giftcard, so I had no other choice.
I got my items ordered, and 3 days later, my items are still in processing.
I know from past experince items generally don't take this long to process, so if I can get like a Best Buy offical here to check up on my order, that would be rather helpful.

Thanks for reaching out to us about your order and how you haven’t seen them move past processing. Using the email address you registered on the forums, I was able to pull up your order and see what is going on.
It looks like all of the computer parts purchased were items from our expanded online assortment, which means they may take longer to ship. Usually they will ship in about 2-5 business days and since the order was placed on Sunday, it may ship by the end of the week. You should receive notifications when the items ship.
It does appear however that one of the items already made it to the store is awaiting pick up. Stores will hold onto your items for eight days before they are automatically returned, so if you wish to wait for the items to come in, you have a little bit of time.
