I have called the phone support 2 times no one seems to know what going on with the shipping date for the

Star Wars: The Old Republic Collector's Edition - Windows.

does anyone know if we are getting them on time since my online order still says 12/31/2011 and i have not gotten any email of tracking number or anything yet.

Anyone have any updates

i am cut off from the game and best buy has  $175 of my money i am not a happy customer my order still says processing whats going on best buy

I'm sorry for the hang-up with your BestBuy.com order for Star Wars: The Old Republic.  I can definitely understand how you would be upset given that the game released on Tuesday and your order had yet to fulfill.  I am honestly not sure what was causing that and I haven't seen it with any other SWTOR orders thus far.  

I see that you called in to have the order cancelled today and I'm really sorry it came to that point.  If there is anything else I can do to help address this situation for you, please do not hesitate to send me a private message.

it's okay I was able to get one locally
what was sad is that I call quite a few best buy stores and they all had non preordered CE in stock for purchasing and I could not get one to my house. I will still try best buy in the future for a pre order just hope the out come will be better
