I bought an itunes digital download gift card, two days ago. Nothing has happened, I have spoke to a dozen+ people, multiple departments, no one knows anything. They refuse to refund me. I am freaking out in frustration. I have tried everything and begged and pleaded. No help. I have called subscription services too, no help.
"I have created a huge sign with my wife... HUGE and I am going to stand outside of best buy tomorrow (WorstBuy took my money, sold me nothing.) and "Worst Buy took my hard earned money."

its now been additional hour and 7 reps.

I appreciate you taking some time to contact us about your iTunes digital code that you had not received. I cannot begin to imagine the frustration you have been through when you had called in and spent so much time on the phone, only to get no resolution. I know that I wouldn't want to spend over six hours on the phone either.
We are aware there was an issue with some customers being unable to receive the iTunes codes in their email. It appears that there may be some communication issue between our emails we send and how they are received. I did submit the email through again and you should see it in about 15-45 minutes. If you don’t, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link in my signature. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the purchase, however I will be sure that your disappointment is being logged here in our corporate offices.

This is how my Gift card appeared. i ordered 2, the first one came in properly and showed "$15" as the value. This one however shows no dollar value and noes not work when I put it in.
