I just placed an order this morning on BestBuy.com and changed my address from the previous to the current three times and it again still got sent to the older address despite it only having my new address in my profile. I called and waited on hold for an hour to be told that it was in processing and that there was nothing they could do. I wouldnt be so peeved about it but this happens continually, the item is now discontinnued and I dropped a substantial amount of money on it. More of a once in a lifetime opportuinty. It didnt show the option to ship to store so I shelled out 9 bucks to ship it to some random person now. Is there anything that I can do to get my order shipped to my house instead of my old appartment?

I can imagine why you’d be frustrated! Updating your account and placing an order online should be easy and painless processes, so your disappointment is certainly understandable. Although I don’t know why you would’ve experienced any difficulties updating your shipping address, I apologize for any difficulties you may have encountered.
