Shipment problem - online order

   Hi, my name is thiago. I'm from Brazil.

 

   My sister traveled to her friend's house in miami and i bought some ps2 games, but one of them is unavailable right now.

 

   Bestbuy send an email and there's a wait about 7-30 days to this game become available.

 

   I'm not interested in that game anymore.

 

   Because of only one item my entire order will be late? I ask for home delivery.

 

   I bought almost 20 games, all them will be late or only that one backordered?

 

   Please, I can't wait 30 days to have an answer from Bestbuy! If I could imagine these are the Bestbuy's politics I'd never bought products online.

I’ve had the chance to review your account and it’s my understanding that the majority of your order was shipped earlier today.  The remaining item, the game that is currently on backorder, has been acknowledged by our fulfillment warehouse and is expected to ship in the next few business days.  If you haven’t already done so, I’d encourage you to check both your inbox and junk e-mail folders for a confirmation message and tracking numbers.
