Ship to store order status.

On 2/10/2012 I ordered a Razer keyboard. suppose to be able to pick on 15-17th. but order status is stuck on "In Process". Can you check on that?

I’ve got good news for you!  Based on available information, it looks like your local store received your keyboard last night.  You should receive a message confirming this shortly, but feel free to stop by the store when you have the chance to do so – any of the on-site service reps should be able to help you out.

I still haven't receive "picking up instore" email from bestbuy.com.
