Like I said I sent 4 e-mails and have never gotten a response, other then an automatic one which does absolutely nothing to help and is really just a slap in the face to the customer, Best Buy could learn a lot from Amazon on how to handle customers the right way, but now it's a rant and really I would just like some answers, or some help, or a solution to the problem with the game I ordered. I would go into detail about the problem but I've already done that like 4 times, so this time I'll just wait till I actually get a human response from best buy before I do that again.

I can't say I'm surprise that no one has responded back yet, this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with because there is no service and because of that I won't be a customer to Best Buy again, I shoulda just stuck with Amazon.

Yeah, they seem to ignore my emails as well. Why give a crap about us. They will just get some more new customers today.
