I ordered a dishwasher, paid and received a delivery date. My son-in-law took the day off to be there for the delivery. No one called to tell us the time and no one showed up with the dishwasher. I called "Customer Care" (what a joke) and spent over 40 minutes on the phone, most of it on hold. No one person I spoke with could tell me anything other than "Best Buy is experiencing a lot of problems". My information was taken and I was told that a supervisor and the delivery company would both call me back within 1 to 2 hours. That was around noon on 12/2. I have not heard a word from ANYONE. I left an email on Friday, no response. When I check on the order status, it tells me that "Status not available".
What has happened to the company that used to provide great products and great service??? Is this company in danger of closing forever due to poor customer service?

I just went to bestbuy.com and found that they are still selling the same dishwasher that I purchased. It is available for delivery next weekend. So you would expect that it isn't out of stock,

How long should I expect to wait to get some kind of resolution!?!?!?!? Can't any of the Best Buy people chime in here and help me???????????

Same thing happened to my family. Scheduled delivery was a no show. My order then got cancelled later the same day. Ordered it two weeks prior and item was in stock at local stores until recently. Seems like getting an order confirmed doesn't mean anything. Perhaps Best Buy accepts orders they can't fill just to hang on to our money for weeks or longer.

justin maybe you could help me i ordered a tv on december 9th for delivery best buy put a hold on my cash and guess what? no tv no delivery call no money! great customer service

Could someone PLEASE help me with the problem? I've called BB 3x's so far and I keep getting the same answer. I've been waiting for a delivery that was ordered 1/21, and had it express shipped. The expected delivery date was for 1/24 - 1/25. I still haven't recieved any emails stating that it's been shipped out. I do have a case number for this issue.
