Same problem as others, where is my digital download?

I ordered Guild Wars 2 nearly 2 hours ago in the hope of playing in the beta event that started about an hour ago. There must be some way for you guys to take 5 minutes and verfy the order so I can enjoy the product I've paid for. I've already read through all of the other posts saying "worst digital service ever" so I don't really feel the need to reitereate that, I just want some help to get my darn order processed please.

My order has now been cancelled because my information could not be verified? Could someone please explain what is going on.

Hi Zethen,

 

I am so sorry to hear about you were trying to get into the Guild Wars 2 Beta, but couldn’t because of the wait for your order.  I know that I would be frustrated as well and I did have a chance to look into your order.

 

According to the order, as you mentioned, we were unable to verify the information.  Roughly speaking, this means that some piece of information that was on the order was not correct or had a conflict with our system and it cancelled it.  This is probably why there was a delay with the order as you were experiencing, as most digital downloads process rather quickly.  If you wish to still order the game, I would advise double checking the information on the order and making sure it’s entered correctly.

 

Again, I apologize for the delay and if you have any questions, please let me know.
