Thanks for posting on the forums!

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t seen the downloadable codes in your email since ordering them.  Most customers will usually see them in about 15 minutes, although it may take up to 24 hours.  Using the email address you registered on our forums, I was able to locate the orders and I did send out new emails with the codes.  If you don’t see them in about 15-45 minutes, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link in my signature.
