Reward Zone Certificates Refusing to Be Issued

I am currently in possession of up to $105 worth of Reward Zone points, and not once has a certificate been automatically issued (my original setting was at $5). I have been getting the exact same error for the past 15 hours now: E57: We are temporarily unable to issue certificates. Please try back later. So far I've: Logged in & out Changed browsers Tried Issuing New Reward Certificates at every level ($5, $10, $15, etc) Changed computers Changed and fiddled with *every* single setting in my account, even resetting the password Waited hours (which you think would be more than sufficient for a "E57: We are temporarily unable to issue certificates. Please try back later" error, right?) E-mailed Best Buy (no response) My points are earned and the certificate page clearly says they're ready to be issued (they're not from purchases which means i have to wait 30-35 days to activated, they're already activated) . Yet, everytime I try to "issue" them, I get that error. I believe this is a specific error in my account or how it may have been registered - I can log into the website with my e-mail, but not my account number. I can't connect my Best Buy account to my RZ account, despite having the correct log in info. I think I need someone to dig into the account specifically and unhook what ever is holding it up. Please help, as I would like to spend this money in store.

I apologize that you having technical issues getting access your Reward Zone certificates. While I have gone ahead and set your issue to our technical support team, I noticed that you reached out to our support team. There hasn’t been any additional note added and I would like to know if you have finally been able to issue your certificates?

I reached the support team and they also said the technical support team would look into it within 5 days. However, I received no notice of anything since and that was over a week ago, so I don't know what the situation is. I just know the problem is still persisting, where my account says it is unable to issue certificates at this time. try again later.
