If i exchanged an iPod touch from black to white and its not opened can i exchange or return it back for a black one?thanks

If you have the receipt and you're within the return period, then yes.

ok so when i first returned my black one it was unopened and they opened it to check they won't think im opening it myself right? and they'll let me exchange one more time? I think they have a record because they scaned my drivers license

would they ask me why i'm exchanging so many times? cause the real reason is because i got it as a gift for my mom's birthday we thought she wanted white but she actually wanted black.
