Hoping someone here can help me with this.
I ordered two iTunes cards with online code delivery earlier today (one this morning and the second this afternoon), and the codes still have not shown up in my inbox.
How can I have the code delivery emails re-sent? Neither the online order status page or the phone order status line gives me any information except that the orders have been "completed".
(both orders were sent to the email address associated with this profile)

Thanks so much for taking time to contact us about wanting to get your iTunes codes resent out to you. Using the email address that you registered on the forums with, I did locate your orders and the codes have been resent to you in the email. If you don’t see them within 15-45 minutes, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link in my signature.
