   Ok so, on December 27, 2009 at around maybe 11:00 PM EST i placed an order for the game ARMA 2 for the PC. I liked that it saied how the game usually would leave the place the next day (December 28, 2009). after looking more into the shipping and stuff....since i got standard shipping it says ill get the product anywhere from 1/4-1/11 2009 which in my opinion is plain crazy. I dont know if this is some guess that is hopefully and usually wrong or not but i just dont see how an order can over a week to arrive. I have ordered through other places and they have taken MAYBE 2 days and they were somewhat smaller companies. I just cant see how a HUGE company like Best Buy can say that my game will take over a week to arrive! It just doesnt seem right to me. Correct me if im wrong in any way but 1/4 is when i return to school and i was hoping to get the game before then but i do not have the extra $6.00 or $7.00 for the expedited or express shipping.

I see where you would be frustrated after reading that the game normally ships the next day and then BOOM, after you purchase it, it changes to over a week. I apologize about that, but just because we are a bigger company doesn't mean we can get the shipping out there the next day. It all depends on how its shipped, also we have many more orders than the smaller companies, so that could be another reason. I'm not saying you have to wait until after the 4th, but there is that possibility. I definitely hope that you can get the game before you go back to school, I myself am a gamer, and I know what its like to want to play a game on your Christmas break or any break you may get from work or school. All I can say for you, is that wait it out, because unfortunately without that fee for express shipping IM afraid there isn't much we can to do expedite the process.

   Thanks for the response, it definitely helps a bit. I guess ill be fine playing the demo till then or playing Xbox. All I can do is hope that it arrives this week and if not then oh well.

Im just curious and stuff but do you know if i have to sign for the game if/when it arrives?

Well I'm really not sure. I would always assume that it does. If its coming USPS then i doubt you do, but UPS is a different story.
