I pre-ordered a game yesterday with a gift card  and after i had already went through the purchasing i realized i had bought it on the wrong console. I cancelled the order and as it says I waited 30 minutes for a refund...but it didnt come, so I said I will just wait another hour, and it still didnt come. Anyways to make a long story short i would like to request a refund at your earliest convenience. If you need any info as proof of purchase or the gift card number i will gladly give it to you.

If you pre-ordered it on bestbuy.com the refund for the gift card can be as soon as 15 minutes but as late as 48 hours. I don't often see the 48 hours return timeframe but it has happened a few times. You can always check the balance on bestbuy.com.
