Very unsatisified with purchase. My games did arrive in a timely manner, but I purchased a used game and it did not come in the original box! I would not have purchased it if I knew I was going to be misled to not recieving the orginal casing for it. The website even states "This pre-owned game is guaranteed to work and comes in the original box. Note that original documentation may not be included with this pre-owned item". I sent an e-mail three days ago and still no response. I have not even been able to play the game yet because I do not want to open it if I have to take it back.

Well thanks for letting me know the situation, but if they are going to update their system to accept used games without cases it would seem like it would make sense to update the text on a website. This is false advertisement.

Someone has contacted me to resolve this situation. As long as it is resolved in a timely manner I am satisifed with the customer service helping me to resolve this problem. Thank you for your assitance.

I retract my previous statement about good customer service. Customer service did contact me to resolve this problem two days ago and I have recieved no response back. This is ridiculous. I have not been able to play a game I recieved almost a week ago. I will make this simple and just simply not buy products through Best Buy anymore there are plenty of other companies who would appreciate my business.
