I ordered a tablet from Bestbuy.com yesterday and received a ready to pick up email late yesterday. Drove 30 minutes to the store today, and waited 1 hour for the staffs to tell me that my item is not available (They did try to look around the store). They offered me the display unit of course I said no. And the only other solution they got for me was to cancel my order!
Two hours wasted today and came home empty handed. I just want to know if this happens everyday and this is how the customers are treated? I wouldn't mind Best Buy cancelling my order but wasting my time like without any compensation is just unacceptable.
